Presented by audio/visual creative collective, BARANGAY, Bahay Kubo is a music concept centered around house music and the idea of feeling at home. In Filipino culture, a Bahay Kubo is the simplest form of a house, constructed from local resources like bamboo, nipa, and anahaw. The term translates to “cube house.” Inside the bahay kubo - as long as we have space together, no matter what, we will have a good time. The show features main hosts/DJs Alcantara & Jay Dalawa and a rotation of BARANGAY’s resident DJs and friends of the collective.
