DJ Monafide aka Simone is a music lover and world traveler based in Los Angeles. Her music is inspired by her upbringing in the vibrant music town of New Orleans and her extended time in some of her favorite cities: Paris, LA, Spain, and Mexico City. With over 10 years working in music and events, her sound is a reflection of her lived experiences, spanning an eclectic mix of deep house, house, disco, funk, amapiano, afrobeat, bounce, and groove.
