Max Tamahori cut his teeth in the Chicago DJ scene for 12 years until moving to NYC in 2023. Always attuned to the needs of the space, he has brought an evolving blend of house, disco, downtempo and Balearic to clubs, lofts, bars, and public parks alike. He is a founder of Chicago’s leading open-air party Humboldt Arboreal Society and former staffer at the legendary Gramaphone Records. For Sauced Radio, Tamahori’s show Mise-en-scène will draw from the more eclectic and esoteric records from his collection.
