DESCRIPTION

DAN C.E. began his DJ career as the resident DJ at the now defunct Brooklyn Mod in Clinton Hill, BK in 1998. Spinning in a number of club/lounge/party situations since then,  DAN C.E. developed his style of open format DJing that he refers to as RetroFitted, playing the family of R&B musics (Funk, Soul, Disco, House and Hip-Hop) across eras. He also leans heavily into spinning Hip-Hop instrumentals which he calls "Spinning the Essence". DAN C.E. holds a residency at BierWax Brooklyn and is a NYC representative of the nationwide party Motown On Mondays.
