DESCRIPTION

Sophia Davila is Latina pastry chef and content creator based in ATL Georgia, who's love of the kitchen led her to culinary school Switzerland. She specializes in pastry and chocolate arts, has worked in restaurants, bakeries, resorts and most recently is exploring the world of popups, because in her words "who needs sleep". She's adamant that a good playlist is essential to long hours of prep/service (and dancing) and this playlist was designed to add a bit of "Sazón" to an upcoming pop up.
